UNDERCOVER BOSS

Kryptonim Szef is the Polish version of a unique documentary called Undercover Boss. Directors of large, dynamic companies operating on the Polish market alter their appearance and begin to work at their own companies on entry-level positions.

In order to better understand their employees and learn about their personal and professional challenges, they had to forget about the luxuries of everyday life. In that way it was possible to present a true view of organizations and, more broadly, Polish business, including large industrial companies and gigantic chain restaurants. The show aired in primetime on TVP1.
